Refiloe (pronounced re-feel-way) is a Realtor and Business Development Manager, with over a decade of experience in real estate and property management, serving clients throughout Greater Los Angeles. Coming from a multicultural background with roots in South Africa and Russia, she brings a global perspective and a genuine appreciation for diverse cultures, allowing her to connect naturally with clients from all backgrounds.
With a real estate career spanning more than a decade, Refiloe has built a reputation of integrity, market expertise, and personalized service.
Refiloe also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors, training built specifically around clients over fifty. In practice that means an agent who understands how a sale interacts with Proposition 19 and a decades-old property tax base, who can pace a move around a family’s timeline instead of a market deadline, who knows what downsizing actually involves when a house holds fifty years of belongings, and who keeps adult children in the loop without ever losing track of whose decision it is.
